What the report contains, how snapshots and drafts work, and how to download and share the HTML file.
On this page
The Report turns a diagnosis into a document you can read, download and share. Preview it in the console, or download it as a single self-contained HTML file to send to your team or clients.
Opening the report
Open Report from the brand navigation, or choose View full report on the diagnosis overview. A report is available once a diagnosis has produced usable answers; until then, download is disabled.
What the report contains
| Section | Contents |
|---|---|
| Executive summary | The main conclusions of this diagnosis |
| Measurement scope & quality | Prompt scope, model coverage, usable answers, pending audits |
| Visibility & model performance | Organic mention rate, organic recommendation rate, risk mention rate, answer citation rate, and a comparison by model |
| Competitive performance | Your brand compared with competitors |
| Findings & evidence | Findings with their answers and sources |
| Improvement actions | Each improvement's rationale, suggested owner, acceptance criteria and retest metric |
| Retest plan & results | Retest schedule and the outcome of completed retests |
| Public sources & citations | Public sources cited in answers and the citation domain distribution |
| Answer records | The full text of each answer, expandable one by one |
| Method & limitations | How metrics are calculated and how to interpret them |
Reading notes:
- Source numbers are clickable and jump to the matching public source.
- Model comparison charts share a 0–100% scale; expand View exact data and sample counts for the figures.
- A metric without a denominator shows as Not measured, never as 0%.
- A citation means an answer included a source. It doesn't prove the source supports the answer's claims.
- Improvement actions lists confirmed improvement work only; verification actions are not included.
See Metrics for definitions, Citations for sources and evidence, and Actions for how actions work.
Formal report vs. diagnostic draft
The top of the report is labelled Formal report or Diagnostic draft. Only diagnoses that meet the formal delivery criteria are labelled formal. Drafts can still be viewed and downloaded, but they keep the draft notice and data-quality limitations, and the downloaded file carries the same label.
The report is a snapshot
The report is captured when you open it:
- background data updates don't change the report you're reading; choose Update report to load the latest results;
- if an update fails, your current report is preserved and you can try again;
- the measurement time comes from the diagnosis shown in the report;
- a downloaded file never updates itself.
Downloading and sharing
Download HTML saves a self-contained HTML file identical to the preview:
- it needs no network, external fonts or scripts, so it opens fully offline and can be sent by email or chat;
- it adapts to narrow screens and phones;
- labels follow the console language (Chinese or English); the content stays as diagnosed and isn't translated or rewritten;
- only public web sources become links; private material never appears as a public source.
The report is currently available as a web preview and HTML download only. There's no PDF or Markdown format and no share link. Downloaded files carry no tamper-proof signature, so confirm the version before sending one out.
Boundaries when presenting
The report shows how AI currently answers questions related to your brand and what you can do next. When presenting it:
- remember that model versions, prompt scope and sampling conditions all affect results;
- changes or correlations do not establish causation;
- the report doesn't promise that your brand will be recommended or that metrics will rise after taking action.
To observe change after taking action, retest the same prompts through Monitoring.
