Identify the diagnosis being shown
The default is the latest complete successful diagnosis. Running, failed, partial or analysis-incomplete runs do not replace an existing complete result. Historical views retain their time, question versions and platform scope. Current action status is not historical execution status.
Diagnosis overview
Review metrics and findings, then inspect related questions and answer evidence. No valid answers, unmeasured and a measured zero are different states.
Optimization actions shows the first three pending items and the total pending count for the current brand. In progress, Not started and Pending confirmation are included; Work completed is excluded. A specific action opens its detail in a new tab. View all actions opens the brand list in a new tab and preserves the overview’s reading position.
Visibility
Read organic mention, recommendation and risk rates with platform and topic scope. Each scope uses its own denominator. Check Metric definitions, then the original answers.
Competitor analysis
Compare confirmed competitors within platform and topic scope. Your brand is first; competitors follow in descending recommendation rate. The gap is competitor rate minus your brand’s rate, in percentage points. Review recommendation factors, gap questions and platform performance. Competitor edits affect future runs, preserving historical selections.
Source analysis
Inspect cited website count, website citation count and owned website share, then website and page rankings. Brand mention labels describe recognition in retrieved content, not sentiment or website endorsement. Frequency does not establish reliability. See Citations and sources.
Act on findings
