Workspace and account settings
Understand the boundaries of workspace, brand and personal account settings.

Three management levels
| Level | Managed scope | Entry |
|---|---|---|
| Workspace | Its brands and basic information | Top workspace selector and Workspace settings |
| Brand | Diagnosis, insights, actions and materials | Brand list and brand switcher |
| Personal account | Account, security and preferences | Avatar → Account settings |
A diagnosis run belongs to a brand; it is not a new brand or workspace.
Switch workspace and brand
Choose an accessible workspace to open its brand list. Inside a brand, the brand switcher selects brands in that workspace. All brands returns to the list; New brand opens creation. Workspace changes update the accessible brand scope.
Workspace settings
Open settings from the selector or workspace sidebar to inspect basic information, rename or return to brands. A workspace containing brands cannot be deleted directly. Empty workspace deletion requires confirmation and appropriate access.
Account settings
Open Account settings from the avatar for account information, login, security and preferences. Personal settings belong to the user across workspaces. Return to workspace restores a valid prior workspace and brand context.
Login and passwords
Available login methods depend on the account. Accounts with a site password and appropriate access can use the offered change or reset controls. Third-party-only account passwords are managed by that provider; this does not promise that a given provider is enabled.
Language and sign out
Use the available language preference in account controls. Sign out through the account menu. On return, use currently accessible workspaces and brands rather than cached inaccessible resources.
